    Thanks very accurate, test is very good, I got one wrong. RESOURCES/VAUES not RESOURCES/STRENGTHS. So what I have been doing wrong is to focus on what I THINK are other people’s strengths. If they disagree, they don’t get my “help.” I have to point out what I see are their values, or their attitudes, some of that is negative, prejudices, labels, laziness, etc. But I cannot put strength onto people. I have to tell people what the obstacles are that they themselves create. This is helpful to me now. Thanks.
